Order Processing Time: (How long it takes us to process an order, from the time it is placed to when the package is handed to the carrier. This will be added to the transit time of the carrier.)
We process orders on the same business day they are received, and they ship the following business day. (In some cases where the carrier has not yet picked up from our distribution center, they may even ship the same day!)
Orders placed after 9:00pm EST are treated as if they came in the next business day.
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are actual carrier rates calculated based on the combined weight and dimensions of the products and packaging required for your order. Save on individual item shipping by consolidating more items together!
Order Tracking: All of our shipments are prepared and sent with order tracking. A link with the carrier label tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may conveniently track your order once the shipping label has been created.
Delivery Times: Customers will see carrier estimated delivery dates for supported rates and can choose from the drop down menu which option they prefer upon checkout.
Delivery Signature Required: A delivery signature is required. We want to make sure that our customers get the fabulous merchandise that they ordered. It is a way to protect both the customer from and us from porch pirates and fraud.
Carrier Delivery Notice: Should the customer not be home when the carrier attempts delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice for the customer advising either an attempt for a new delivery date or will direct them to a local courier pick up center so that they may pick up their parcel.
*Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are returned to us by the carrier after the designated pick up window at their location has expired. The carrier charges us a return shipping fee and we must forward this expense to the customer (along with the new carrier shipping fee), if they wish for their parcel to be re-shipped to them. Should the customer choose not to have the parcel re-sent, we will deduct the carrier return free from the cost of the merchandise and refund the difference (if any).
